Learning about Caroll diagrams

And a different Carroll diagram

We have been continuing to learn about shapes.  The new ones we learned today are the pentagon with 5 sides and the hexagon with six sides.  Today we were also making patterns with different shapes.

We have also been starting to learn about how to do adding sums to 20.  Some of us think it has been quite tricky.

Mrs Gibson was at netball yesterday and Mrs Byrne did writing with us about going to the zoo.  She thought this one was really good:

I went to the zoo.  At the zoo I saw jumping zebras and slipping penguins.  I got there in a car.  It was good fun looking at the animals.

  1. Mrs Gibson says:

    Hi P2,

To answer Iona’s mum I tried dragonfruit (and lots of other fruit) when I was in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. There was so much lovely fruit in those countries, it was easy to be healthy! From Mrs Gibson
